Gimonnet Gonet NV Champagne L'Eclate Grand Cru Rose

Founded in 1986 by the children of two longtime Champagne producing families. Located in Grand Cru Chardonnay country, most of the vines being an average age of forty years. One of the coolest parts about this delicate little Rose? It’s 90% Chardonnay and only 10% red grapes, or Pinot Noir. Here you find packed apple fruit, much like the Blanc de Blancs from Gimonnet Gonet, but with just a kiss of red apple skin and breakfast bread. Like yeasted, eggy bread with golden raisins. On the finish is clean and dry with just a hint of dried red fruit.
