Henri Bourgeois 2025 Pure Pinot Noir Rose, Loire Valley

Celebrated Sancerre producer Henri Bourgeois has a line of 2^nd wines called “Pure”, previously known as “Petit Bourgeois”.  The firm’s latest rosé release is an attractive one, with a lovely aroma, loads of appealing fruit flavors, and a fresh character with a slate-y snap at the finish.  Compared to their statuesque Sancerre rosé, it’s a bargain.
