This Mezcal is aged between 4-6 months in bourbon barrels before being bottled.
Description
Vibrant cinnamon and black pepper up front gives you some of the spice from the barrels used, but you still get to taste the agave. Toasted vanilla brings some richness to the profile but more pepper on the finish lets you really get to taste the agave.
