Indigenous 2023 Prosecco Brut, Veneto, Italy

Georgio Rivetti is one of the leading forces in Piedmont winemaking, and his Indigenous line is a way of representing small farmers who produce unusually good quality wines.  From organically farmed 20-year-old vines grown in high altitude hillside vineyards, this spicy and wickedly fresh Prosecco has noticeably more depth of flavor than your average release, and evolves over time in the glass.  There are flavors that recall apple, white peach, yellow flower and sweet spices.
