Description
On the first sip, your palate is coated with a flavor similar to shortbread cookies. Light notes of apricots, tea leaf and tobacco leaf bring a fruity and savory aspect to this Bourbon which helps it stand from it's contemporaries. Dried figs come out more on the finish, this last addition of fruit allows the shortbread and tea leaf characteristics to linger.
