Jean-Marc Brocard 2024 Petit Chablis, Burgundy

Petit Chablis often originates from the flatter parts of Chablis vineyards, and for that reason doesn’t quite experience the full benefits of sun exposure.  In the hands of Brocard, however, its Petit Chablis is more accomplished than most wineries’ regular Chablis, offering medium-bodied textures and unmistakable Chablisenne flavors that cry out for a bowl of steamed mussels, cracked crab and raw oysters.
