The Brut Reserve is 80%Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay with plenty of dosage which gives it another layer of lusciousness on top of the ripe fruit. Think flaky, buttery crust, pear and apple, with skin and spice, slow poached in vanilla and lemon oil sauce. Decadent and ultra-satisfying. Craveable in fact.
