La Fouquette flies off our shelves. Perhaps it’s the extra kiss of white Mediterranean grape Rolle (20%) in the blend, a variety also known as Vermentino in the rest of the Mediterranean. Sporting a pale color this year, the wine is a bright and fresh-tasting rosé, yet with a more serious countenance. It’s sure to become just as popular this coming year.
