Organic and Biodynamic with 10 still red Pinot Meunier added this is a wine of both freshness and remarkable layered complexity. Dark red fruit, minerals, violets and warmed sweet cream on the nose. The same follows through on the palate with that floral note really punching through and there is an added lift of caramelized orange rind on the finish. So a cool wine and this domaine is taking off like a rocket....wines are allocated now so get them while you can as these prices are crazy low for all that you get here.
