Les Heritiers du Comte Lafon 2024 Pouilly-Fuisse En Chatenay, Burgundy

Barrel aged, barrel fermented, biodynamic farming techniques and dry farmed in chalky limestone and clay soils.  Hand harvested, indigenous yeast fermented, large format barrel aged, malolactic fermentation. This wine has fresh citrus fruit aromas, an unctuous structure on the palate with great elegance and concentration, and a long, sea-spray finish. Approximately 170 cases of this cuvée are produced each year, depending on the vintage.
