Lindores Abbey Distillery is the officially recognized site for the first recorded distillation of Scotch Whisky in 1494. While Monks aren't making spirits there anymore, you can see their history at the distillery and on the bottle.
Description
Toasted toffee and toasted vanilla up front. Vibrant notes of cinnamon pair with light baked stone fruit characteristics. Toasted vanilla, toasted cinnamon and dark coco on the finish.
