Lini 910 N.V. Lambrusco Dell'Emilia Labrusca Rosso Sparking Wine

Founded in 1910 the Lini family is now in their 4th generation of family winemaking and Emilia's first Lamrusco to end up in a Wine Spectator Top 100. Dry, dark red sparkling with a creamy mousse. This not your grandma's Lambrusco that's for sure. Bold with berry and and some peppery notes but with a tremendous freshness that makes this one of the best wines for a wide array of foods. Traditional cold cuts and cheese, mortadella in particular, but also brilliant with dim sum, fried dark meat chicken and I love it with the confusion that is the Thanksgiving table.
