I am nervous anytime something with ginger is brought to me to try. Sometimes they can be very out of balance where you get all the spice from the ginger without any of the flavor, or it can be so light I'm just wondering why don't I drink Canada Dry? But neither of those are the case with Liquid Alchemist ginger syrup. Fresh ginger root flavor that is robust without being aggressively spicy. A real clean flavored syrup that isn't sweet but nicely balanced.
