Winery Notes:  “The vines, averaging around thirty years of age, are planted on very stony soils and produce wines of beautiful balance. The ageing lasts from 12 to 14 months, with no new oak barrels used. Organic since 1995 and biodynamic since 2005. 2023 is a shining vintage—sunny yet well-balanced. The grapes, ripe and healthy, exude irresistible aromas of indulgent fruit. On the palate, the wines are expressive and harmonious, with pleasant freshness thanks to the relatively early harvest. Tasting note Fullish yellow. This is sunny and rounded for St-Romain. In the mouth the wine becomes more typical of the appellation, with excellent energy and a long finish. Still on the softer side.”
