Marion-Bosser N.V. Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut Premier Cru Champagne

Marion-Bosser has been run by the women in the family since its inception and is now headed by the dynamic, and beautiful Elodie Hulin, (formally Marion) and she is making some of the most beautifully graceful, and classic wines in all of Hautvillers. This elegant Chardonnay based wine is an Extra Brut, and while it is dry there is enough pure fruit, like pears on a flaky, buttery crust with a little sea salt over the top. Incredibly balanced.
