It’s great as an aperitif and ideal with cured meats, summer salads, vegetable frittatas, seafood pastas and grilled white meats. Garganega is the primary grape found in the popular Soave wine and has been grown in the volcanic hills of the region since Roman times. Frizzante is the Italian term for semi-sparkling meaning it has small bubbles and is less bubbly than a regular sparkling wine.
