This wine is 100% from the Willamette Valley Seven Springs Vineyard which is organically farmed and non irrigated. This wine produces aromas of flint fused with lime oils, lemon curd, stone fruit, a hint of wood spice that comes off almost as a ginger quality and it finishes with a hint of baked pie crust. The palate is full of lively acidity and is densely layered with threads of texture creating movement without being flabby. The lingering finish leaves you wanting more and more.
