Patrick Piuze 2023 "Les Forets" Chablis Premier Cru, Burgundy

I always love Les Forets as the wines are so generous young. Here you get substantial fruit, great balanced texture, meaning there is some weight here. Stony, briny, shaking with vibrancy and built with enough stuffing to last a good 5-7 years in the cellar. I never seem to be able to wait that long.
