Reichsrat Von Buhl 2024 "Armand" Riesling Kabinett, Pfalz Germany

Family-owned for more than 150 years, it is among the most prestigious wineries in Germany. Since it was established in 1849, Reichsrat von Buhl has been committed to making its wines in a terroir-dominated, timeless style, never subject to fashion, always with a focus on the grapes’ origins grown in the best soils of Deidesheimer and Forster vineyards. As of 2013, it has been led by managing director,Richard Grosche, and technical director Mathieu Kauffmann. 

Von Buhl is certified organic and an ambassador for sustainable vineyard practices. Only the finest grapes are used in the wines.  As of 2013, Von Buhl implemented the new VDP quality pyramid (in ascending order here): VDP.Gutsweine, VDP.Ortsweine, VDP.Erste Lage und VDP.Große Lage. The quality ranking is indicated by the colour of the capsule, and by the carton.
