This 100% Gamay has more of a savory characteristic than one might expect, but coming from the land of Chinon (Loire), it isn’t too surprising.
Description
A very floral, aromatic nose leads to some vegetal, tomato leaf and grape leaf flavors. There is soft white pepper which brings out stewed cherries and raspberries. A dry finish makes this a very food friendly wine.
