“The NV Brut Chalklands Classic Cuvée is a blend of 30% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir and 30% Pinot Meunier, all grown in Kent near Canterbury. The wine spent two years on lees and opens with a breezy, lemony, almost mossy freshness that evokes woodland and chalk.
