We first discovered this outstanding Prosecco while dining at Osteria Mozza where it was poured from magnum as their house prosecco.  We’ve been offering it ever since.  This Prosecco is a great example of how the everyday sparkler can be elevated to an elegant, focused wine with luxurious mouth feel and complex layers of crisp orchard fruits. Practicing organic and sustainable farming, the sisters Bronca are a rare breed in Prosecco as they own and work their own vines and make their wines with absolute dedication to lower yields to ensure top quality.
