In the glass, this Monterey Pinot Gris opens with ripe pear, white peach, apricot, and a hint of grapefruit peel from skin contact, all lifted by floral spice and nutmeg  . The texture is smooth and creamy, tempered by refreshing acidity that keeps it from drifting.

This is not wine for spectacle—it’s a voice, not a showpiece. Cultivated with minimal intervention by two winemakers skirting between continents—Xavier and Philip—this bottling is firmly rooted in California, yet inspired by the composure of Alsatian tradition.
