The Superiore style is a medium bodied wine that delivers ripe red and black cherry fruits with hints of baking spice and herbs.  It’s robust and fresh but soft and velvety. 

This lovely wine is great as a summer sipper or aperitif wine but has enough body to pair with a wide variety of foods. It’s easy and fresh but layered with citrus and stone fruits that charm your palate with each sip. 

Refosco is one of the oldest grapes in Italy with mentions back to Roman times. The grape produces aromatic red wines with deep, dark berry flavors but high acidity and notes of pepper keeps the wine fresh on the palate and great for pairing with dinner.
