Wine

Pošip is an indigenous white grape to Croatia that is now grown exclusively in the Dalmation coast area.  Pošip is a medium bodied wine with plenty of ripe stone and citrus fruits and what the locals call “friškina” which means ‘scent of the sea.’ 

Refosco is one of the oldest grapes in Italy with mentions back to Roman times. The grape produces aromatic red wines with deep, dark berry flavors but high acidity and notes of pepper keeps the wine fresh on the palate and great for pairing with dinner.

Jasmine and mandarin blossom fill the air, drifting into starfruit and pineapple. Crisp acidity and saline lift give it flight—Torrontés that tastes like high‑altitude air, not citrus ostentation.

It has good natural acidity, so it remains quite fresh in the mouth. Seeing 12 months in used French oak barrels and 6 months in bottle before release, the wine is silky and smooth with soft tannins and a long finish.
