This is an amazingly complex Syrah, deep with smoky notes, blackberries and cracked pepper. Full on the palate but with a silken texture.

This southern French white has a novel blend of Sauvignon Blanc-Clairette-Grenache Blanc from 25-50 year old vines near the Mediterranean. Refreshingly unoaked, drink this with any seafood, especially oysters, cheese and lighter fare.
