Refrigerated & Frozen Items Cannot Be Shipped

Adult Signature Required

Someone 21 years or older must be present to sign for any shipment containing alcohol. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. We recommend shipping to a business or daytime address where an adult will be available to sign. Please note: UPS does not allow us to reroute packages once a delivery attempt has been made.

Shipping Methods & Tracking

All orders are shipped via UPS (California Only). We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, and we do not profit from shipping costs—you're charged the actual UPS rate. Tracking numbers are emailed within 24 hours of label creation. Orders typically do not move over the weekend, and we avoid Friday shipments to prevent wine from sitting in non-climate-controlled warehouses.

Buyer's Risk

Cellared wine (5 years or older) is purchased at the buyer’s own risk. We are not liable for damage caused by weather conditions (see below). Expedited delivery is available at an additional cost. All other shipment damage is covered by insurance.

Extreme Weather Warning

Wine is highly sensitive to heat and cold. During periods of extreme weather, corks may loosen and bottles may leak or be compromised. We strongly encourage expedited shipping or the option to have your order held until conditions improve. We’ll store your paid purchases for up to four months at no charge.

If you choose to ship during extreme weather conditions, you accept full responsibility for the condition of the product upon delivery. All wine is stored in a temperature-controlled environment prior to shipment.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Once a bottle leaves our care and is delivered, we can no longer guarantee how it has been stored. Because wine is sensitive to heat, light, and mishandling, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged due to a shipping issue, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a claim with the carrier. Claims reported outside this window may not be eligible for replacement.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is collected on taxable purchases shipped within California or purchased directly from our retail store in Signal Hill. Buyers are responsible for any additional applicable local taxes.
