Just Arrived! The Newest Arrivals of Les Héritiers du Comte Lafon Mâcons
Over the past generation, the brilliant winemaker Dominique Lafon built a dynasty not only in his home vineyards in Meursault and Volnay, but for us bargain hunters, scouted out the finest Chardonnay vineyards in the Mâconnais where his magic was created at much more approachable prices.
Léa, Dominique and Pierre Lafon
Dominique retired after the 2021 harvest and passed the winemaking reins to his daughter Léa Lafon and nephew Pierre Lafon who manage the entire estate. The Macon estate has been in the capable hands of head winemaker Caroline Gon since 1999, and we look forward to another magnificent season with these limited-release wines.

We've been carrying these wines for nearly 25 vintages and they've never been more popular, selling completely out last year. We just received a shipment of the 2024s, and some of the wines we ordered were in very short supply. These are some of the finest wines coming out of the Mâconnais and we encourage our white Burgundy customers to give them a try before they are gone.
